How long does it take to receive my coffee order?
Coffee orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location.
How long does it take to receive merchandise (apparel, mugs, etc.)?
Merchandise orders (fulfilled by Printful) are processed within 2–7 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
Where do you ship from?
Coffee: Freshly roasted and shipped directly from our U.S.-based roasting facility.
Merchandise: Shipped from Printful’s fulfillment centers located in the U.S., Europe, and other regions (closest center to you is automatically chosen).
Is the coffee freshly roasted?
Yes! Every coffee order is roasted after you place it, ensuring maximum freshness.
Do you offer decaf options?
Yes, decaf options are available and listed in our product selection.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep coffee in a cool, dry place inside an airtight container to preserve freshness.
Do the packages include nutrition or ingredient labels?
Coffee is a single-ingredient product, so a nutrition panel isn’t required. Packaging includes roast type, flavor notes, and net weight.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Coffee: Since coffee is perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Merchandise: Printful allows returns or replacements for items that are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if there’s a problem.
